Join us for an engaging panel discussion exploring the dynamics of a successful client and service provider partnership, featuring two facilities professionals from Uber, Luis Morejon and Dipal Patel.
As facilities management continues to evolve, the relationship between clients and their service providers plays a critical role in driving operational success, innovation, and long-term value. This panel will offer an inside look at how that relationship functions at Uber, the expectations, challenges, communication strategies, and best practices that help build strong, collaborative partnerships.
Our speakers will share real-world insights from their experience working with service providers, followed by an open Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and exchange ideas with the panelists and fellow FM professionals.

He previously held the Alliance Director role for Facebook/Meta, overseeing a 12M+ square foot Bay Area portfolio.
Prior to his alliance leadership roles, Dipal spent a decade at CBRE in senior energy and sustainability positions, managing $200M+ in client energy spend and delivering measurable reduction programs across facilities management, project management, transaction management, and lease administration. That cross-functional exposure spans clients across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, public sector, retail, and technology, giving him a grounded, multi-industry perspective on how service providers and clients build partnerships that perform at scale.
