We’re excited to invite you to the IFMA Silicon Valley Mentoring Program Kickoff Event! This special gathering marks the start of our 2026 mentorship journey — a chance to connect, learn, and grow together as a community of facility management professionals.

Join us as we:

·        Introduce the program goals and expectations

·        Have an opportunity to meet mentors through “speed dating”

·        Network and build meaningful connections within our chapter

Whether you’re a mentor, mentee, or simply interested in learning more, this kickoff is the perfect opportunity to get inspired and set the tone for a successful mentoring experience. Let’s kick off this year’s mentoring program with energy, purpose, and community!

Please note, you must be a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter to be part of the mentor/mentee program. 

January 30^th is the deadline to submit applications to be a mentee or mentor. On-line application forms can be filled out under Career Development / Mentoring Program. We highly recommend applications be completed before the Kick-off meeting.
