Join us for an exciting event where four exterior maintenance professionals will guide you on personal tours showcasing their expertise using the exterior of the Plex facility. After the tours, we will head inside The Plex for refreshments, games, and networking opportunities.

Speakers:

Jim Rossi, has been in pest control since 2016 and has been providing technical sales for over 10 years. He loves selling pest control services and the feeling of gratitude from customers after doing a job well done. He is licensed by the State of CA Structural Pest Control Board as a Registered Branch 2 Operator & Branch 3 Field Representative for termites. Jim is also registered with the CA Dept. of Pesticide Regulation as a Qualified Applicator and by the CA Fish & Wildlife for live animal trapping. Also has an unmanned drone license from the FAA used for crop inspections and real estate sales promotions.

Amy Kissee, a dedicated professional with two years of experience at Jensen Landscape. During Amy's tenure we have developed a deep expertise in Landscape design, Maintenance and project management. Amy has played a crucial role in delivering high quality landscaping services, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's reputation for excellence!

Monica Faria, A native of Silicon Valley, born in San Jose and raised in Santa Clara, Monica is passionate about the community that she serves in her role as a Property Services Repaint Specialist with Dunn-Edwards Paints. Working in the commercial and multi-family sector has allowed her the opportunity to get to know her clients and FM industry partners in providing related paint services and expertise. Monica's deep knowledge of paint products and color selection, makes her an ideal resource for Facility Managers. Her ability to make the project process seamless from start to finish is a testament to her commitment to customer satisfaction.

Jonathan Maystrik, Hailing from Long Island, New York, Jonathan has spent the past 25 years in the tree industry focusing solely in the San Francisco Bay Area. He studied both Culinary Arts and Business Administration at Johnson & Wales University. He possesses a certified arborist credential, and a tree risk assessment qualification, and is an active member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. His interests include hiking, camping, golf, poker, riding his Harley, and spending time with the family outdoors as much as possible. He began his journey with The Arboreal Company in April of 2022. As CEO, he focuses his time on building a team of Arborists, improving the best practices and procedures at the firm, while leveraging technology and the best equipment the industry offers to keep his teams working safely and efficiently in the field. The Arboreal Company is a one-stop-shop Arborist service business including General Tree Care(pruning and removals), Plant Health Care(treatments and fertilizer), and Consultative(Arborist reports) offerings. He and his business/life partner, Briana, have a family of 4 children while managing different aspects of The Arboreal Company.
